It is an Island and its around 30 minutes away from Singapore. It maintains the traditional Singapore culture. The main places to visit here is Chek Jawa Wetlands. It is simply amazing with mangrove trees, on the shore of Indian Ocean and near to Changi airport. One can see a flight take off and landing every 5 minutes. All these are simply superb. Apart from this, one can go for a cycling on the slopes and it is very adventurous.How to go:
From Tampinies take bus number 29 to Changi Village and take a ferry from there to Ubin.
Ferry costs around SGD 2.50 per person per trip. Food will not available in the island.
